Rising trend in pedestrian deaths may be linked to pot, phone use

A new report shows nearly 6,000 deaths involving pedestrians in traffic accidents are expected in 2017. Pedestrians now account for 16 percent of all traffic deaths, compared to 11 percent just a few years ago. Jericka Duncan explains what may be to blame.
