Rep. Nanette Diaz Barragán criticizes ICE for conditions at Georgia facility
House Democrats are demanding reform of an ICE-contracted detention facility in Ocilla, Georgia, where some female immigrants have accused a doctor of performing gynecological procedures without their consent.
