U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke to the press Wednesday after a NATO foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels. He was asked about testimony from U.S. Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland, who earlier in the day implicated Pompeo in a "quid pro quo" scheme to pressure Ukraine to investigate President Trump's political rival.
