Pennsylvania fugitive look-alike keeps getting stopped
Pennxylvania authorities have spent six weeks hunting for the killer of a state trooper, but they keep finding a look-alike who they mistake for the suspect, Eric Frein. James Tully says police have stopped him more than 20 times. Now strangers are stepping up for Tully. Norah O'Donnell reports.
