Over 2 feet of snow brings Washington to a standstill
For once it wasn't Congress causing gridlock in the nation's capital. Washington, D.C., forecast to be the bull's-eye for this weekend's winter storm, was up to 30 inches of snow in some places. Kris Van Cleave reports on how Washington is reacting to the storm.
