Doctor discusses NYC schools suspending in-person learning as COVID rate rises
New York City public schools have suspended in-person learning because the coronavirus positivity rate surpassed 3% citywide. That's despite the fact that the positivity rate within schools is at just 0.23%, and as restaurants and bars remain open.
