Man with autism runs cafe with a mission of inclusion
During the pandemic, Jake McFarland decided to open a coffee cart in Norristown, Pennsylvania. As someone with autism and ADHD, he likes to keep on a schedule and the small family business helped him do that. Now, the cart has evolved into a cafe – and McFarland is employing other people with disabilities.
