Widow of Louisiana congressman-elect who died of COVID-19 runs for his seat

Louisiana will hold a special election on March 20 after the unexpected opening of two congressional seats. The 5th congressional district seat was left vacant after Republican Congressman-elect Luke Letlow died of complications from COVID-19. His widow Julia is now running for that seat. The second contest is a race to fill a 2nd Congressional District seat that opened up after Democratic Representative Cedric Richmond resigned to join the Biden administration. News-Star politics reporter Greg Hilburn joins CBSN's "Red & Blue" anchor Elaine Quijano with more on the top contenders.
