High court's ruling a significant blow to Aereo
In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that internet start-up Aereo does not have the right to use tiny antennas to record specific television programs. In the majority opinion, Justice Stephen Breyer wrote, "Aereo's system is, for all practical purposes, identical to cable a system." Chip Reid reports.
