Former FBI profiler on mass shooter motives

Authorities are investigating what caused the shooters in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio to carry out the attacks over the weekend. In El Paso, the suspect allegedly posted an anti-immigrant document ahead of the shooting. And in Dayton, one of the victims was the suspect's own sister. Former FBI profiler and program director at the George Mason University Forensic Science Department Mary Ellen O'Toole shared her insights on CBSN.
