Florida ruling renews abortion focus on campaign trail
The Florida Supreme Court on Monday cleared the way for a 6-week abortion ban to take effect, but the ruling also says an amendment to the state's constitution that would limit government intervention in abortion procedures can appear on the state's November ballot, allowing voters to weigh in on the matter.
