Florida residents prepare for Hurricane Matthew
Florida Gov. Rick Scott is preparing every county on Florida's Atlantic coast for evacuation. Communities there could see storm surges from three to five feet. The last storm to hit Florida as a Category 3 or stronger was in 2005, so there is concern that some residents have grown complacent. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
