COP28 countries agree to transition away from fossil fuels
Leaders from nearly 200 countries approved a major climate deal Wednesday that specifically calls for governments to cut back on fossil fuels. The agreement wraps up the COP28 conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. CBS News senior national and environmental correspondent Ben Tracy has more.
