Congress ramps up tough talk ahead of budget battle
The House votes on a Republican bill to keep the government running in October. The bill would also cut off all money for President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Democrats say the Senate will never accept that, so the vote is a waste of time. And some Republicans agree with that. Nancy Cordes reports on the high stakes of the budget fight.
