Cherelle Parker wins Philadelphia Democratic mayoral primary
In Philadelphia, former city council member Cherelle Parker won the Democratic primary for the city's mayoral race. She'll take on Republican David Oh in November. If she wins, she would be the city's 100th mayor and the first woman to ever hold the position. CBS News Philadelphia reporter Ross DiMattei joins "CBS News Mornings" with more.
