Can power companies keep up with heat wave?
The National Weather Service put out a heat alert that stretches from New York to Boston, and the humidity means there is little relief when the sun goes down. Con Edison, New York City's largest power company, has activated its emergency command center to handle what could be record-breaking demand for power. Elaine Quijano reports.
