Bitter cold lingers in Midwest after intense snow
Parts of the country are waking up to more dangerously cold temperatures. Arctic air is bringing bitter conditions to the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest. Jamie Yuccas reports from Mound, Minnesota, about 20 miles outside Minneapolis.
