Biden's budget proposal to call for higher taxes on billionaires
President Biden will unveil his new budget proposal in Philadelphia Thursday. The proposal will call for higher taxes on billionaires, as well as increasing the Medicare payroll tax on individuals earning more than $400,000 per year.
