47.7 million people expected to travel this 4th of July weekend
Americans are hitting the road with renewed urgency this Fourth of July weekend. More than 43 million people are expected to take some kind of road trip, despite sky-high gasoline prices, as COVID restrictions are lifted. 3.5 million others are expected to catch a flight.
