44-year-old David Depape was sentenced to 30 years by a federal Judge for the attempted kidnapping and attack on her husband Paul with a hammer in San Francisco in October 2022. During trial testimony, Depape admitted that he intended to hold former House speaker Nancy Pelosi hostage.
