The Cost of Alzheimer's Disease

If you've ever known a family that has had to deal with the debilitation of Alzheimer's disease, you know how costly it can be, both in terms of money and emotions. Dr. Wendy Max, Co-Director for the Institute for Health and Aging at UCSF talks about a new report on the "global cost" of the epidemic, which amounts to $604 billion a year.
