Lea Michele Reveals The Difficulties She Faced Following Boyfriend's Death

(RADIO.COM) - Lea Michele will release her debut album, Louder, next week (March 4), which encompasses her experience and journey over the past year. In the April issue of Glamour UKthe singer and Glee star opens up about her music and the life her and boyfriend Corey Monteith had planned together before his unexpected death last summer.

During her interview, she revealed some of the difficulties she faced following his death and how she overcame them.

"At the start, it's hard because you're so physically and mentally shocked and damaged, but after a while you get tired of physically feeling so horrendous, so I started doing yoga, which really helped," she told the mag. "Then gradually your mind catches up with your body. Now I feel a little bit more back together and I have this blank canvas in front of me, which is what my life can be. There's something sad about that but also something good, because I will take that blank canvas and make something beautiful out of it."
