Fans Get All Access at 'Heroes & Villains' Event In San Jose

SAN JOSE (LIVE 105/KBCWtv) – As I walked into the San Jose Convention Center, straight ahead I see a familiar face. Is that the Green Arrow? I look to my left and see another familiar face. Wait…is THAT the Green Arrow??

I look to my right and see yet another familiar face…ok hold on…maybe THAT ONE is the Green Arrow! Green Arrow, Firestorm, Canary and Black Canary, among the countless other superheroes, wandered the convention center this past weekend.

When superheroes are around you can expect super villains are not far behind.

In attendance to balance out good and evil were Arrow's Malcolm Merlyn aka Ra's al Ghul, The Evil Queen and the Wicked Witch of the West.

Heroes and Villains Fan Fest is the collaboration of Arrow's Stephen Amell and the creators of Walker Stalker Con. They brought together stars from the CW's Arrow, The Flash and other famous faces from today's popular TV shows and movies. Their plan was to make this event interactive with obstacle courses and a target practice range you could participate in to bring out your inner superhero or, if you prefer, your inner super villain.

As a fan of these shows (and secretly wishing I lived in their universe) I needed to get confirmation or denial of a few rumors that have been flying around. Danielle Panabaker has confirmed her character, Caitlin Snow will become Killer Frost very soon

After a highly successful Bay Area inauguration of Heroes and Villains Fan Fest, what is next for Stephen Amell and his cousin Robbie Amell? Stephen will jump into the big screen next year as Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 and Robbie joins the re-boot of Fox' X-Files as Agent Miller.

I definitely can see myself as a superhero, but after hearing what Arrow's Neal McDonough (Damien Darhk) and Once Upon a Time's Rebecca Mader (Zelena) had to say about their characters, being a super villain sounds way more fun!
