Coroner Identifies Man Shot And Killed Near Vintage Park Drive
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento County Coroner has identified the man found dead near a playground on Wednesday morning.
Colen Lugo, 42, of Sacramento was found slumped over the steering wheel of a Lugo's Moving Service van near Vintage Park Drive at around 11:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound.
A witness said he heard the shot and saw two men run away with guns.
Witnesses say they saw marijuana in the truck and outside of the truck, but police won't confirm if it was a drug deal gone bad.
Family members say the victim is a father of 10 children.
