It was a long, bruising fight but the Democrats and Barack Obma carried the day. With the president now set to sign the health care reform legislation bill into law on Tuesday, proponents and critics are already preparing their briefs.

Now eyes are shifting toward the midterm elections in November. Republicans promise payback while Democrats say they'll benefit from the passage of the most important piece of social legislation since Lyndon Johnson's Great Society. Take our poll and let us know what you think.
