Working The 'Early' Shift

(Charity Elder)
With two hours of programming every morning, "The Early Show" has a lot of guests to book and a lot of stories to put on the air. For this week's "10 Plus 1," one of the people who works on those tasks behind the scenes is on hand to answer your questions. Charity Elder, who's been at CBS News for almost three years, is an associate producer for "The Early Show," working primarily on breaking news stories. She books guests, does background research and works on taped segments for the broadcast. Got some questions about what that's like? Send them in or post in comments.
