Word of the Day: Ubiquitous
Ah. Ubiquitous. The bane of spelling bee contestants and copy editors everywhere. As Katie's said recently, "That's a good SAT word." Not a bad way to describe her these days, either. ("Geez," the guy at the deli said, as another bus rolled by with Katie's face plastered on it. "That Couric gal is ubiquitous, ain't she?")
ubiquitous (yoo bik'wuh tuhs) adj. Present, or seeming to be present, everywhere at the same time; omnipresent.
