What Do You Think?

Where do you stand on the "Who's My Mommy" case?

Here's a little background. In 1994, John and Luanne Buzzanca, who had been trying to have a baby for five years, signed a contract allowing doctors to implant an embryo in the womb of a surrogate. The embryo had been created from the sperm and egg of two anonymous donors. The contract stipulated that the baby was to be theirs.

But a month before baby JayCee's birth, John filed for divorce. Arguing that he is not the girl's father, John says he is not biologically related to JayCee, and is not obligated to pay child support. He says he signed the contract as a favor to Luanne after they agreed that the marriage was over, and Luanne promised she wouldn't demand child support. Luanne disputes this, and argues that John signed the contract, and is legally responsible for child support.
