Watch: The crazy 2-point return no one saw coming

(CBS) - Division III football teams don't make national news very often, but when they do they go big. Oregon's Pacific University gave up the first touchdown of the game to Lewis & Clark, followed by a blocked point after attempt. The kick was no good and players started walking off the field, except for Pacific's Bryan Mills who grabbed the ball and ran it back for one of the zaniest 2-point plays you're likely to see all year. Play-by-play announcer Matt Richter summed it up: "Everybody gave up on the play, including this announcer!"

Pacific went on to lose the game 61-35, but it's almost worth it when you watch this play. Hey, they got to be on ESPN's "Sportscenter" for this one. Not bad for D-III.
