Watch: OK Go's video for "The Writing's on the Wall"

OK Go has done it again.

The band has created an eye-catching video for its new song "The Writing's on the Wall" -- and it's worth a look.

The new clip finds the band members set against a series of illusions -- that are all "a trick of the eye," according to Rolling Stone. The magazine says the video took about three weeks to put together on top of the 50 takes to get it right.

"It was important to me that we didn't add a layer of meaning that's not already there," said singer Damian Kulash, who also co-directed the video. "We wanted to be able to have messages in there, but I didn't want them going throughout the entire song in way that would make you feel like you were reading the whole time."

"The Writing's on the Wall" appears on OK Go's new album, "Hungry Ghosts."

OK Go has previously made waves with videos for "Here it Goes Again" and "This Too Shall Pass."
