Video Exposes Hamas Atrocities In Gaza

Several mobile phone clips exposing some of the atrocities committed by Hamas security forces in Gaza have been posted on Internet forums today. The clips showed bodies of what the forums claimed were members of the Salafist group The Army of Islam. The bodies, all with apparent gun wounds, were lined up against a wall, which suggested that this may have been an execution. One voice is heard saying that one of the men was bleeding badly. Another voice responded: "Just let him die."

No faces of Hamas members were shown on the videos. The clips drew a lot of anger by forum members, who compared the actions of Hamas security forces to those of the Israeli forces. Hamas meanwhile issued new instructions to members of its security force, banning the filming of any of its activities and warning breaching that rule would result in arrest and trial.
