Update: Paul Bishop Loses Arbitration Hearing

On March 18th, 2010, Paul Bishop, who is featured in this report criticizing his former employer, World Savings Bank, lost in arbitration before former federal judge Raymond D. Williamson Jr.

Bishop alleged he was fired in retaliation for "whistleblowing" about the bank's risky lending practices. The judge ruled Bishop's complaint "fails for lack of substantiation" and found he was fired "because he had already received a One Time Warning" and then "gross[ly] repeat[ed] that conduct" by "blowing up totally inappropriately at a Vice President."
