Try not to have your week end up like this clip

(CBS News) It's the day after Martin Luther King Day, and many are coming off of a three-day weekend. So to kick things off, I've got a very short clip above showing how not to start the week.

Technically, she was cycling... and now she's not. The video aptly entitled "Epic Fall" was posted by YouTube user EilisAndNiamh. For me, it plays out like a PSA for not texting/calling/videotaping or just about anything else that distracting while you're riding in a vehicle (of any kind). But what did you all think about it?
