Keith and Derek Brewer are twin supermodels profiled in this month's special edition of Cosmopolitan, which, for the ladies, is all about men.

Tyson Beckford is at the top of the supermodel list. His contract with Ralph Lauren has made him among the most sought-after models in the world. Keith and Derek Brewer and Tyson Beckford join us to talk about beautiful men.

Everybody agrees you're three of the most beautiful men in the world.

Keith Brewer: Thank you.

Robelot: Tyson, we have lists. People have their opinions, but you're right at the top of the male supermodel list. How does that feel?

Tyson Beckford: It feels pretty good. I'm not complaining.

Robelot: Does it feel like cash registers ringing?

Tyson Beckford: Yes, in a way, very much so.

Robelot: Do you look in the mirror and go, "You know, my cheekbones are. . ." Everybody who is beautiful has something that they'll tell you is wrong with them. Like Cindy Crawford always said she never liked that beauty mark. What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Tyson Beckford: I saw the high cheekbones, yeah.

Robelot: That's a good thing, though.

Tyson Beckford: It is a good thing now, but when I was a little kid, I was teased for them.

Robelot: You're kidding! Keith, is this the first time you all have met each other? Obviously, you know your brother but. . .
Keith Brewer: Yes, obviously. This is the first time we met but we've heard of Tyson. But it is nice to meet him, finally.

Robelot: What did you talk about together in the green room?

Derek Brewer: We talked about old modeling experiences and funny twin jokes.

Robelot: Modeling horror stories?

Keith Brewer: Yeah, there's quite a few of them out there.

Robelot: You two didn't set out to be models. You were discovered. Tell us about that.

Keith Brewer: I was on the pier one day in my hometown. We're surfers. I was looking out at the waves and a manager approached me and asked me if I was interested in the business. I said, "Yeah, I sure am. And I have a twin brother, too," and he wasn't there. So we just got started that way. We were doing commercials and stuff. And by the time we turned 18, we walked into a modeling agency and they took Polaroids and stuff, and tw weeks later we were on a plane to New York shooting with Steven Meisel.

Robelot: That sounds so easy. The fact that you were twins, did that help? Was that kind of a gimmick?

Keith Brewer: Yeah, that was a big thing. It is kind of a novelty, and a lot of the photographers like to position us in different ways because we're twins.

Robelot: I'm curious, when you check in on an airplane, the three of you, and you've got a coach class ticket, did they bump you up to first class because you look good?

Derek Brewer: Every once in a while it has happened.

Robelot: What's the best part? What are the best perks, Tyson? Just from being beautiful, aside from the modeling thing?

Tyson Beckford: Reservations at restaurants that you normally couldn't get into. Like you said, being bumped up to first class is pretty good. There are so many perks to it. Free clothes.

Robelot: How would you define it, Tyson? You said when you were a little kid, you didn't like your high cheekbones and now they're making you big bucks. How do you define male beauty?

Tyson Beckford: I believe male beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Robelot: There are a whole lot of eyes that would agree that male beauty is right here. Are these two guys beautiful?

Beckford: Yeah.

Robelot: The guys in the studio are giggling.

Tyson Beckford: In that – hey yeah, that's a good-looking guy – sense.

Robelot: Do you all intimidate women? Do you find that some girls don't want to go out with you because you're more beautiful than they are?

Derek Brewer: I don't know about that. It's funny though, because, being twins and blond, you get people looking at you and you stick out like a sore thumb. Ever since we've been little, we were always a little shy. And people find that hard to believe but it's true.

Robelot: You two are blond and from California, light eyes and you surf. Do people assume you're stupid?

Keith Brewer: Yeah. I went through college and all the teachers said, "He's a surfer kid. I'm not going to ask him questions," and all that. But we both did very well in college and got finance degrees.

Robelot: One of you finished magna cum laude, the other cum laude. I think that's a little bit better than "pretty well."

Well, thank you for visiting us this morning and helping us to define male beauty.
