Transformation Nation

On The Early Show, we often talk to people who have had life-changing experiences.

Think about it: What was the most important transformation in your life? How did it affect you? Did a specific event, a move, or a job change transform you? Something else?

Early Show partner Kohl's department store wants to hear about your transformation.

One person's story of personal change will be selected as the winner, and that person will get a trip for two to Paris and a $10,000 Kohl's shopping spree!

It is all part of the Kohl's "Transformation Nation" contest.

Beginning Tuesday, you can enter an essay of 500 words or less.

Tell what transformed you, and how. Was it a new job? A new love? Maybe even a new look!

Ten essays will be selected, and the finalists will be flown to Los Angeles, where they will each receive a $1,000 Kohl's fashion and beauty makeover, and be special guests at a celebrity fashion event. Early Show viewers will get to vote on the ten essays and, from them, one grand prize winner will be selected for that trip to Paris and shopping spree.
