(CBS/AP) BEAVER, Pa. - It was only a toy statue, about 4-feet-tall, that was stolen from outside a western Pennsylvania toy store. But police say the three young men responsible might face charges.

The knight was kidnapped Monday afternoon from the sidewalk in front of Castle Toys and Games in Beaver, Pa. Acting on a tip, police say they found it in an apartment in nearby Chippewa Township.

Police say the thieves thought it was a good idea at the time, but are now reconsidering and hoping to do some community service to make amends. They haven't been identified.

The Playmobil figurine is worth about $1,000, though store owner Linda Lyden says it's priceless to customers who like to have their picture taken with it.
