The Larry Craig Landmark
Politicians have unwittingly christened a number of unlikely landmarks in the history: The Watergate complex, or the Adams Morgan apartment where Gary Condit romanced Chandra Levy, to name just a few.
Apparently, we can now include the men's room at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport where Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho) had his controversial encounter with an undercover police officer as part of a gay sex sting operation.
The Idaho Statesman is reporting that so travelers are flocking to the airport restroom, some to photograph of the infamous stall, that airport workers have grown well-accustomed to requests for directions.
