That Rummy Memo

(AP)
Donald Rumsfeld may be headed out the door, but he's not going without a paper trail. (His "snowflakes," relentless memos to his staff, are legendary). Producer Mary Walsh at the Pentagon reminded us today that before his latest memo hit the news this weekend, another memo a few years ago made quite a splash.
