Tale of the Open Windows

Hi. I just got one of your computers but I'm new to all of this and sort of need some help getting started.

Okay. Have you plugged all of the different parts together yet? The monitor, the keyboard and the mouse?

I think I got that right, I followed the big diagram.

Well, we can give this a shotÂ…but we recommend that callers be in front of the computer... so the next thing we'll want to do is turn everything on and open Windows.

Okay. I need you to hold on a minute.
