Splitscreen: A Love Story (shot entirely on a mobile phone)

(CBS) - I'm often surprised at how powerful a video short can be. This one is even more impressive than usual as it is not only beautiful, but was shot entirely on a mobile phone.

That little tidbit should definitely surprise you as you watch - check it out.

The short entitled "Splitscreen: A Love Story" was done by filmmaker JW Griffiths and shot entirely on a Nokia N8 mobile phone. As such, it should come as no surprise that it ended up winning the 2011 Nokia Shorts competition.

A spectacular short that has earned itself (an even-more-impressive title than winning the Nokia Shorts competition) triple-rainbow salute from us here at The Feed. Congratulations, JW Griffiths!
