Shahzad Will Not Be Arraigned Today
Court sources tell CBS News would-be Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad will not be arraigned today or tonight.
Instead, officials intend to arraign Shahzad sometime tomorrow morning on the 5th Floor of Manhattan Federal Court before the US Magistrate.
The postponement may be a sign that Shahzad, who Attorney General Eric Holder said today has been cooperating with authorities, may still be answering questions from investigators.
According to the complaint filed in Federal Court in Manhattan this afternoon, Shahzad admitted to driving an SUV packed with explosives into Times Square on Saturday night and attempting to detonate them.
