Sen. Paterson?

Our pal Liz Benjamin at the News says not so much.

There's nothing to stop Paterson from naming himself as Clinton's successor if she goes, but it would throw New York politics even deeper into chaos since there's no LG [Lt. Governor] to replace him and no clear winner yet in the Senate majority leader's battle.
