President Obama's Schedule Today

President Obama and Vice President Biden today will meet with Democrats serving on the Energy and Commerce Committees in the State Dining Room to discuss energy independence, health care reform, and other legislative priorities, according to the White House.

Earlier he will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing and the Economic Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.

In the afternoon, the Mr. Obama will meet with President Shimon Peres of Israel in the Oval Office. And later in the afternoon, the president will meet with senior advisers.
