CBS News Chief Washington Correspondent Bob Schieffer remembers Dave Powers, and a bygone era in American politics. Powers, an aid to President Kennedy, passed away last week at the age of 85. He was a guy from "the neighborhood" who was invaluable to Mr. Kennedy because of how well he new the neighborhood.
