Pictures Show Female Militants Undergoing Training in Afghanistan

Pictures of female militants training in Afghanistan were posted on militant Islamist websites. The message containing the pictures was posted by a Turkish female militant and included information about the role played by women in jihad throughout history.

The pictures appear to be still frames from a video which is expected to be released soon by Badr Attawheed, the media house for the Islamic Jihad Union (IJU), which – in addition to its German militants – also includes large number of Turkish members and operates in the tribal areas.
