Juan Rodriguez streaked in front of President Barack Obama in Pennsylvania on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, for the chance to win $1 million. He even got arrested for it. The New York Daily News reports Thursday that Rodriguez may not get the big money.

Billionaire Alki David made the offer to anyone who would streak in front of Mr. Obama: Do it and get $1 million. There were several conditions, one being the streaker get noticed by Mr. Obama; the President apparently didn't see Rodriguez.

"After reviewing the footage of Juan Rodriguez's attempt...I spoke with Mr. Rodriguez directly," David said in a statement, as reported by the Daily News.

"Mr. Rodriguez agreed that he was not able to complete all the criteria of the challenge," David said. "But he came so very close."

It's not an entire loss for Rodriguez. The Daily News reports that David will pay Rodriguez's rent for a year, pay hospital bills for his sister and give him cash. The amount was undisclosed.
