Obama: "New Beginning in Iraq"

Congress, the "foreign policy elite," the media and, of course, President Bush are all to blame for the mess in Iraq, says Senator Barack Obama. And that includes Hillary Clinton -- "some now seek to rewrite history" but "this was a vote about whether or not to go to war. That's the truth as we all understood it then."
