No Bailout Vote Tonight

It's official: No vote tonight.

Well, there will be votes on a few things tonight, but according to the updated floor schedule, the vote on the economic rescue package will not happen this evening, as had been floated as a possibility.

We're now looking at a probable mid-morning tally, though leaders have said they won't bring the vote up until they feel they have the votes.

Meanwhile, Democratic Blue Dogs and the Republican Study Committee are meeting in separate House office buildings.
