The Iraqi insurgent group the Shield of Islam released an undated video showing an Iraqi National Guard officer shot down by a sniper in Baghdad. Although he was wearing a helmet, the bullet seems to have hit the man in the head. He is seen shaking the helmet off his head before collapsing in his chair.
