Mother found dead inside Texas church
MIDLOTHIAN, Texas- Police say a woman found dead Monday morning inside a Texas church may have have been killed after walking in on a burglary,reports CBS DFW.
Terri Bevers, 45, a mother of three girls, was found dead around 5 a.m. at the Creekside Church in Midlothia, Texas, according to police.
Investigators found evidence of forced entry and recovered surveillance video of a suspect wearing what detectives are calling "police tactical gear" including a helmet, vest and gloves.
Bevers' brother-in-law says she was at the church early Monday morning to host a fitness class. Police have not said how Bevers was killed.
It is not clear if any items were stolen from the church, but police say property was damaged.
